Baking Bosses Refund Policy

At Baking Bosses, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

Returns & Refunds: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: As our merchandise is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Digital Products & Memberships

Instant Access: Because our digital downloads, online programs give you immediate access to content, they are non-refundable.

Subscriptions: We require 30 days notice to cancel your membership. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period, but no partial refunds are given for unused time.

The item(s) you’d like to return or the issue with your order

A photo if the item is faulty/damaged

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Shipping Costs

Return postage for faulty/damaged items will be covered by us.

For all other returns (where eligible), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
