Charlotte is the owner of Cakes by Oscar, a home bakery based in Gateshead known for stunning celebration cakes, cookies and branded fondant biscuits. She started her business in 2020 while on maternity leave and quickly grew it into a thriving venture, even making a cake for boyband Busted. With a background in hospitality and HR, Charlotte now combines her love of baking with her passion for helping other bakers build businesses that work for their lives. She’s the down to earth voice behind countless online masterclasses and one half of the team behind Bake Boss Club.

Jo Coulson
Jo runs Posticles, her successful home-based business in Hartlepool specialising in fondant topped biscuits. She began by experimenting with all sorts of bakes before niching down and finding her sweet spot with biscuits that people can’t get enough of. Jo’s known for her warm, supportive approach and for building one of the UK’s most engaged baking communities on Facebook. As co-founder of Bake Boss Club, she’s on a mission to help bakers grow with confidence and stop feeling like they’re trying to figure it all out on their own.
