This is where we stream all of our training sessions live, before they are put into your online portal at a later date. In the group we provide daily prompts, 365 days a year, to help you in your business in some way - these are usually aligned with the theme of the month! The group has many resources for you to make use of in the files section and our monthly time tables are posted in there to keep you on track and up to date.

- Online Membership Portal

You will receive your own personal log in to an online portal. This means you can access our recorded sessions, PDF files, training booklets and more - at any time that suits you from any device! You can also download anything from the portal to watch when you aren't connected to the internet. When you join the Bake Boss Club, you are not starting from scratch. You get instant access to a growing library of practical trainings, tools and masterclasses designed to help you get visible, get confident and get paid for your baking. - Members only WhatsApp Group

This is the most supportive part of the whole of the Bake Boss Club membership. Whether you need help with your business or something difficult is happening in your life, there will be someone to support you through our members WhatsApp. It is not the type of place where you ask a question and wait hours or days for a reply. Day or night someone will be there for you. It's much more private than a large baking support group and within the WhatsApp community we have several different chat threads depending on what you want to chat about. You can dip in and out of the chats whenever suits you but we know you will make some of your most solid baking friends in this group.

Charlotte Dodds

Charlotte is the owner of Cakes by Oscar, a home bakery based in Gateshead known for stunning celebration cakes, cookies and branded fondant biscuits. She started her business in 2020 while on maternity leave and quickly grew it into a thriving venture, even making a cake for boyband Busted. With a background in hospitality and HR, Charlotte now combines her love of baking with her passion for helping other bakers build businesses that work for their lives. She’s the down to earth voice behind countless online masterclasses and one half of the team behind Bake Boss Club.

Jo Coulson

Jo runs Posticles, her successful home-based business in Hartlepool specialising in fondant topped biscuits. She began by experimenting with all sorts of bakes before niching down and finding her sweet spot with biscuits that people can’t get enough of. Jo’s known for her warm, supportive approach and for building one of the UK’s most engaged baking communities on Facebook. As co-founder of Bake Boss Club, she’s on a mission to help bakers grow with confidence and stop feeling like they’re trying to figure it all out on their own.
